Pre-Service Training

The Betty Hardwick Center is the first Community MHMR Center to offer pre-service training in a web-based format. Courses offer detailed information on all curricula and can be used by new as well as veteran employees. New employees will be trained in a more timely and efficient manner. Veteran employees can complete updates to their training as required and in as much detailed as they feel they need. After completing the modules, employees are thoroughly assessed on the courses assuring competency.
